I was once told that the quickest way to loose 7 lbs. of ugly fat was to cut your head off.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

Does it matter if it's doable or not? At this stage if you lose a stone between now and christmas it will still be a LOT better than the few lbs you would otherwise possibly have put on. I know it's easy to get obsessed about how much you can lose and how to get to target. But honestly you're better focusing on doing the right things and assuming that rewards will follow

Did that 7.5lbs drop off gradually or was it quite sudden? In 5 days i've lost 1lb and I feel like i'm getting nowhere. I know, it's only 5 days but with all the exercise and healthy eating i thought it might be a bit more. Perhaps it is that i'm not eating enough...
I will say though, that one of my biggest flaws is that i'm an impatient sod!
Well I weighed myself every other day and it was 2lbs each time, give or take.
But I have *alot* to lose so it will start quickly!0 -
Hi there, l would like to say that on 1000 calories a day you will loose loads of weight but the reality of the situation is you will fail your 3mth target because eventually you will give into temptation.I dont think stavation diets work because as soon as you begin to eat normally again the weight will pile back on.Have you tried scottish slimmers you at your weight you can eat 2500 calories a day and l always loose 5 to 7 lbs the 1st week n and then average 2 to 3 lbs every other week and the weight slowly but gradually comes of and can be sustained because your not hungry and dont give into binges then. Good luck l stuggle with my weight also but it can be lost safely.0

technically you could do it but you would have to burn 2650 calories a day making a defcit of 1650 which is dooable but on 1000 calories you might be hungry.0

Well done on a very positive start! Keep up the exercise and healthy eating. You will feel so much better for it!
I am at a weight that I am happy with. I weigh myself everyday, and although people don't recommend this...I find that if I gain 1lb or 2lb, I can cut down on the junk food and maybe exercise a little more to keep my weight stable rather than yo-yo-ing!!
