mortgage application

hi i'm 31 years old, my salary including bonuses and overtime is £21000 (1700 per month). i currently pay £60 per week (240 month) to my credit card company and £30 (£120 month) board to my mother. i am applying for a 100% mortgage for £79000 (interest only). i am applying with portman bs. as i am currently at my mothers i pay more than i would on my credit cards than if i had my own home.On the application do i lower these figures to what i will be paying if i had my house or do i keep them as they are? any help on such figures for my application would be a great help. thanks in advance.jim
