  • Been to kingston park this afternoon and no toys reduced, think the staff buy them all. Saw a member of staff with the peppa house shouting after another staff member to see if they wanted it but replied he'd already got it. None of these peppa houses on shelves all I saw was the wooden blocks walker for £5.00. Wasnt even any series 7 lego figures knocking about

Any luck with anyone at Kingston park, Newcastle? Been to Northshields and got the below:

    Snail Pail for £3.24

Hot Wheels Custom Racers Cars for £2.25

    Ben 10 Ultimatrix for £3.50

Toy Story 3 Talking Jessie £3.75

Most of the shelves were quite empty though especially the one marked with Yellow SEL of reduced price which are Reduced To Clear
  • Been to camberly this morning and no toys reduced that I could see. Wanted the walker with bricks, but they did not have it. :(
  • Lego Superman v's Power Armour Lex 6862 £4.75....Happy Days
  • I think that the stores are updating right now, the store I've just been in only had a few of the bargains scanning at the right (cheap) price. Unfortunately all the Lego I picked up, thinking it would scan ok was full price.
I think maybe all stores are in the process of changing prices but for some, it's not happened yet?

Anyone been to the Purley Extra store yet?
  • Do they have yellow stickers on like last time? Or is it just a case of checking items?

Theres a Dr Who The Flesh / goo pot thing going cheap too. Its in a little pot shaped as a tardis and has gone to £1.50 - good for a stocking filler - hth :)
DS has a few of this, it is good price but the goo will get everywhere and not come off, just a warning lol. :)

Went to Slough today and apart from a few not very reduced yellow sels and a very small section of toys at the end of the main toy aisle there wasnt anything, not even empty spaces! I did get a power rangers big figure from the small reduced section priced at £5 something but it scanned at £2.75. :) The prices were more like half price but the other things might scan less too, I didnt check as was in a rush and also they werent much cop tbh. :/

    Has anyone tried Yiewsley/Cowley? x
    'They only had one cow!'
  • Can anyone give me some tips my trip to tescos yesterday wasn't that great for bargains. When do you think the best time to go is. Did most of you have luck in morning rather Han evening. When I went shelves were mostly bare. Also sorry for dumb question but a few of you mention price checking. How do I do that. Do I have to take it all to till for scanning or is there some trick I don't know. :)
