Northern Rock overpayment drawback

Anyone use the drawback (or whatever it's called) feature on their Northern Rock mortgage? I'm just wondering how easy it is and if there's anything to watch out for? I've got £1200 overpaid and am just wondering, although I don't need to do it at this time, what happens if I want some of the overpayment back.
