im down at my mums today so its sort of a moneysaving thing i did by not driving as fast as i normally do on the motorway. I stuck to 70 mph and saved me self a little bit on petrol :)

I have offered to start reclaiming all my brothers and hubby's freinds bank charges in return for 10% of what they get back. They all agreed as they can't be bothered/ don't beleive it will happen/ think its too difficult and time consuming.

I could be in for a nice windfall in 2-3 months time!

Also, went out for my Birthday meal at our favourite chinese restaurant today instead of Tuesday (my birthday) as its half price on Sunday lunch time and children under 4 (of which I have 2 ) eat for free.

Going out to wash my car in an hour.

  • I meal planned for the week (first time ever) and more or less stuck to that when I went shopping. But I did get a bargain on some reduced beef so there is a stew merrily cooking away. And I got 5 chunky chicken fillits for £5 and split them in half for the freezer.

I also do my own bird fat balls so instead of spending £1.60 on 4 coconut shell things, I got some lard and a big pack of bird seeds and did my own. Happy birds in the garden! And there is still a load of seeds and lard left ready to re-do in a week's time.
If you wait for perfect conditions, nothing would ever get done! :T
    I'm not short - I'm condensed awesome! :p

Haven't spent a penny today! Did all the washing and hung it out to dry, did loads of tidying up in the garden, and a bit of tidying up in the house. Really satisfying to start the week straight!!
