a luxury trip to venice was amazing and exactly where we were planning on going. Or a 42 inch tv and jazzy blu ray player which came 1 day after the holiday ! perfect timing and as and OH had just bought our first house !

One facebook, the other three just normal draws. I agree, the experiences are the best bit about comping, the stuff money can't buy. I absolutely LOVE film premieres - done two, hoping for more this year. I was at Batman, it was amazing - standing next to Morgan Freeman :rotfl:

My best was a win with Schuh/ Fred Perry. I won a pair of shoes... but the shoes weren't in stock. Nice man at Fred Perry asked me to make a list of clothing instead as it was near Christmas and stock levels were all over the place. He got to choose from my list, I was expecting maybe a jumper but ended up with over £1000 worth of clothes!

My biggest wins have to be my holidays.

Over the course of 3 years myself and my other half have had:

Vegas and Arizona 5* with excursions, suites and limos everywhere.
Venice trip at The Hilton
5 nights in LA with spends.
Cape town with business flights
and coming up in 2013 - 10 nights in the British Virgin Islands - CANNOT wait! :D:D

Holidays are definitely my fave thing to win.

However my most useful wins have to be: ipad, lovely rug for the living room and £500 homebase voucher for a new sofa as ours is falling to pieces!


The thing i want to win this year is a cash win big enough to get myself and my other half on the property ladder. (i know i know never going to happen....but go big or go home right????:rotfl:)

Sorry for the double post, just reading through the thread, it's nice to see everyone receiving such nice things. Some of you have been so lucky winning so many holidays! I hope I can win one to America soon I've spent my whole life wishing to go there but never had chance yet! (And I'm about to hit 26 - the slippery slope to 30 haha)

My best win has to be a 4 night break to Bavaria.

It included:
2 nights B&B for two in a double room at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Starnberg near Munich
2 nights B&B for two in in a double room in Prien at Lake Chiemsee
Boat trip to the islands of Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel
Free visit to the King`s Palace of Herrenchiemsee
2 Bayern Tickets - Train tickets which allow up to 5 adults travelling together in all regional trains in Bavaria for one day
€400 towards travel costs

As I far as I can recall I was notified fairly quickly. It was the main prize in an advent competition, and I got the email saying i'd won at the end of December.

So far my best win is a night in a 4* hotel in London for 4 people (2 rooms) including tickets to the theatre and a meal out before the show.
We'll be going on July 19th

I was sent an email the day the comp ended which was also the day I went on holiday for 8 days and had no internet connection.
The day I got home I had an email saying if I didn't reply by that afternoon they were going to re-draw....so I got home just in time!
