HM Custom & Excise might consider making and distributing alcohol without a licence to be unlawful. Be careful.
1 they are giving it away you do not need a licence for that
2 they are not making alcohol you use gin (which is allready bought and paid for) sugar and sloes it's a preparation not a distilation.
