Yeah I thought they seemed really small aswell my 7.5 is more of a 6.5 I would say but that might just be me having big feet! But dissapointed as really wanted them

Got my 2 pairs today. The chestnut broomes I ordered are unfortunately too small, I'm a 6, ordered a 5.5 in a hope but they are really small and won't even go round my fat calves. But the delaines are fab! Neither were in original boxes, but look perfect.

I'm not going to send the broomes back though, I have a friend who will be over the moon (if they don't fit her they can go on ebay!)

So did I, I'm a 6.5 normally so bought that size, but clearly I should have ordered 7.5 which seems a ridiculous difference - was it the wedges you ordered too?

Everything I've read about about Uggs say to size down, so very disappointing because they are lovely

Yeah, It was the chestnut Joslyn (the wedges) that I ordered in a 7.5 i'm an 8 and thought the same as you that they would be ok as I read about them being a size bigger so thought I might be ok, but no chance cant get them over my heal, I'm thinking they might be heading for my Sister for birthday present shes a 6, or return or ebay maybe but it sucks I really wanted them to fit

Mine arrived today and came complete with box. I can't see anything wrong with them at all so have a very happy girlfriend.

My short Uggs arrived this evening, they are great, no marks on the boots that i can see - just a bit of a crushed box, which i think i can live with.
That is me sorted for Winter now, toasty warm toes and an excellent price - very happy thank you

My order still says pending on the Office site. Did any of you get dispatch notification or did your order status change at all? Not looking too hopeful for my Broomes.

i got an email despatch notice - didn't check order status online
fingers crossed for you that they arrive

Both pairs I ordered still say pending online, I received one pair yesterday and e mailed to ask if the other pair were going to be dispatched and was told they have been cancelled as went out of stock before my order processed

My order status didn't change not did I get despatch email but received 1 pair yesterday and other today
