Field Rent against tax return

Just starting up a pet services business and have clients already booked so pleased with the response.
I have been looking for a field to rent for ages for training of my own dogs (gundog, field trials) and have never managed to find one.
Today I have been to see the most perfect fields to rent will be great for exercising non recall dogs, training my own/clients group sessions etc.
But has come at the wrong time just starting up - but its to good to not have.
Can I claim the rent or % against my tax return??
Thanks

Normally I would expect rent of premises for business use to be an allowable expense, but as it's agricultural land there is the potential for many more complications than usual so I'd wait to see if someone with more specific knowledge comes along. If they don't then I'd suggest a short appointment with an accounting professional who knows about this sort of thing.0

We've had a nightmare with HMRC in 2005, trying to convince them that Ag land in Oxfordshire was 100% for business use; even though we had 12 recording studios and 7 rehearsal rooms in various barns on B1 usage.
A well qualified accountant would be advisable to see. We used Stanley Tee solicitors and Price Bailey accountants, if you're anywhere near where I live.
