Where can I find cheap fancy dress outfits?

I have a movie themed fancy dress party to go to, and it's an important birthday do for one of my closest and oldest friends. I really want to make an effort, but most of the decent outfits seem really expensive! Anyone got any advice on where I can get outfits a bit cheaper? Other than eBay!

I was in a local Argos a couple of weeks ago and they had half price fancy dress outifts for sale, I was surprised as I didnt think they did them.

Hubby wants to go as Cat in the hat or Scooby Doo. I have a million ideas, including Corpse Bride, Bodecia and Snow White!

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Went to Argos, told me they did have the Scooby Doo outfits but sold out now!!

Also went to the local Oxfam who had a couple of wedding dresses in, they wanted £45 for one and £80 for the other!! And neither of them were exactly current styles!

Hi, I know a seller on ebay who may be able to help with outfits from £10 + p+p. just use the 'ask seller a question' and ask what outfits they have available for adults. Hope this helps you.
