Halloween Party for 3 year old

Thinking now about halloweenfor my DS whos 3. Havent done halloween yet so was thinking this year woudl be a good one to start.

Got his costume ineths ale last year so that sorted but wondering ow much and what we cna do that wont scare the living daylights out of him and still get him to bed at a reasonable time!!

Just Me hubby and son but thinking of asking aunts and uncles and grandparents to pop round to the house for a bit.

Have few ideas for food/decorations etc but is ther anything else we can do (games wise ) or anything that a 3 year old would understand?

Many thanks. Hoping fo rteh stuff to start hitting the shops soon!

Hi, I have always done halloween parties for my kids, how about bobbing for apples in a washing up bowl or dressing up as a mummy with loo roll?
