You only get the free bowl if you make a purchase so its not really a freebie with no spend. Also it looks like you have to sign up to have regular deliveries.

As per pawtions details you have to sign up to regular food deliveries to get the dog bowl so I will move this to the discount vouchers board.

You have to sign-up using the Voucher Code they provide and after sign-up you'll get a free dog bowl - not before.
