Batman Knitting pattern

Hi,
I have searched every where for a batman doll knitting pattern with no success--i was wondering if anyone on here knew where i could get one?

I can find everything else--jumpers, headbands etc--just not the doll

  • They are smaller than i wanted but the nearest i have seen as i could find nothing--thank you so much:beer:

    Perhaps you could knit a basic Jean Greenhowe doll using the image as above for colour, stripes etc. then you could do a cape and embroider with wool the logo on it.

  • I've got about another 4 projects to get made then a batman doll was on my list to create.. so i've you've not found one by then i'll put the pic of what i come up with and then you can have the pattern from that.. if you'd like. won't be for a few weeks yet though if thats any help.

    Msgigglewick--yes a pic would be great--any help is more than grateful.

    If i do a normal doll in batman colours etc--anyone any idea how to do the batcape? i can knit but only basics and normally from a pattern. and the cape goes into two little bumps for ears so that has me stumped lol ,
  • cape you could decrease every 4 rows.. row would go something like...

    k1 sl1 k1 psso... knit until last 3 stitches k 2tog k1.. like you would shaping a raglan cardigan.. think i'd have to have a play first though lol the ears you could knit and sew on later.

    I've got a bit of an idea how it would knit up.. i've just got 3 and a half projects to complete then im on to it lol
