Question re Swagbucks

I've recently signed up to swagbucks, however I dont seem to be earning many points and am not sure what I am doing wrong.
I'm fine with the daily polls and that seems to be working fine.
I've attempted a number of surveys - all of which after about 10-15 questions say I'm not eligable?
I've watch a number of short video's - but only very few of them earn me any points
I've spent about 3 hours this afternoon on the site, clicking from one thing to another - any earnt a grand total of 6SB!!
I would be greatful for any advise/tips
