You can insist on collection in person if that is what you said in your item description.

If you phone customer services they will assist with cancelling the sale and refunding your fees. As your buyer is asking for something not offered in the item description he will have any feedback he leaves removed.

i know i proberly shouldn't have asked about cancelling but kinda hoped he would agree last night so i could relist. but as it is he hasn't replied yet.
was thinking i could do what you've said but wasn't sure, that'll teach me to be patient and wait for you to come on

For Blue :kisses::kisses::kisses::A:A:A for your help googling info abt my freezer this morning. Luckily got a working fridge in garage so everything from fridge in there normally just use that for storing drinks etc so that's a bonus having that to use. Took most of my frozen stuff round to DSIL luckily she had some room :T looks like we will be having a mixture of things for tea tonight:D;). All switched off and doors left open just hope it works now when switch it back on.

Think it is going to be one of them days today:o 5.30 DH shouting up stairs really loud noise coming from freezer yet open the door it stops close it again it starts:(. So while trying to look through the troubleshooting page which happens to be useless he had made himself a cup of tea before shooting to work picked up the mug of hot tea left holding the broken handle smashed all over the ceramic tiled kitchen floor tea now everywhere which of course me now having to deal with added to the fridge freezer. Original plan this morning was to get up early shower ready to do a A's shop when dropping DS to work, well no shower no shop. Took DS traffic was horrendous so must have been an accident on the motorway forgotten abt dropping him put some fishcakes in oven from the freezer as way of using them up wasn't there to switch them off yep you guessed it well well over cooked.:(:(:(

On the plus side will give me a chance to clean my fridge freezer and sort out all the rubbish that gets forgotten abt ready for Christmas:D;):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Still got some ocean sprays Blue and know how you go on about me wasting things but these dated Aug 12 :eek: thats nearly 4 months surely can't drink those
