I need to know please so that I can prepare a different batch for you 2. At the moment I am testing my spring rolls by cooking in the oven to see how it turn out.

The frying batch looks nice but the oven ones are still in the oven cooking.

If you are not able to eat egg then I will use cornflour to seal the edge. Please let me know.

Will post photos on FB as I don't know how to post it on here now and like CM, I too do not understand photobucket! can't reduced the photos but can still post in large format. Might try it & see later.


Tonight's tester will be my DD2. Tomorrow's tester will be FT, I have a date with her:D


Btw, I am using crisps & dry oil to fry the rolls.

I got a message in reply to mine on FB. Ally is ok, she is going to come on here and chat to us when she has chiiled a bit more, but it sounds like she is having a love in with hubby tonight and tom;)

I know, still cannot believe I did it...have to go out tomorrow to get my bits and pieces for DD's party on Sunday. I had to cancel it and re-arrange as only 5 people replied from 43 :mad: DD2 was very upset Don't think I will do another shop like that again :eek::eek:

That is nasty only 5 replies out of 43. I didn't ask Ally who it was until today and IF she did tell me then I wouldn't say to anyone who it is/was cos that is up to her to do if she wants. If it was me who received the messages I would post them in full on MSE and the skipping club
