Don't suppose anyone on here was doing the Herbal Essence I know there was alot about it at the begining but never took that much notice as I only wanted H&S so know how it works with the glitch. BUT looking on MSM got 2 offers 3 for 2 and 2 for £4 on the 400ml sure I read that the glitch worked on both sizes and looking at prices T's works dearer so would they not work now. Put in search posts but still non the wiser so confusing:D:rotfl:any ideas much appreciated.

I have had Herbal Essence shampoo, well, I got some last week as part of the glitch. I got Dazzling shine shampoo and separate conditioner. They are 2 for £4 in asda but doing the glitch with gel got them for 10p each. Don't get Dazzling shine 2in1, that does not work.

I do know some other flavours work though, one of the blue ones work, I think its called Hello Hydration.

Just got another £10 cashback - ordered a camera for somebody from work - he paid me cash!
Also went to cancel a Barclaycard (stoozing it for interest free which has run out so I'd paid it off) and they've given me £20 credit to keep it for a couple of months - what shall I buy, hmmmm, hey might be good for an APG

Ok the results are in, cleaning shop was perfect. ( I did 2 shops) and the other toothpaste one all messed up as expected. Even though not loss, apg was drastically less compared to what was aimed....oh well.....

Hi AH I got the little herbal ess today at £1 in asda compared to 10p thanks to sp gel I got hello hydration (blue) tousle me (purple ) and a pale green and red ones but they in cupboard so not sure of name but in last week all have compared even tho mr t should be more only got shampoo or cond tho not 2 in 1

Yesterday I cooked chicken in the slow cooker for 4 hours & eat with rice & spud.

I have been testing on meat to see if we get anything back with the rest of the glitches. Today I bought boneless lamb leg to see if anything comes back.

I know 750g mince pork came back with 80p ( A £3.50 & Sains £3)

Free range chicken : N/A


Chicken rice :

1 free range chick (approx. £6 bird) & marinade overnight with :-
1 or 2 tbsp grated ginger, 3 or 4 stalks of spring onions (cut into 2" length), 1 red or white onion (small or med size - cut into wedges), 1/4 tsp salt, 1tbsp sesame oil (optional but it will smell nice you can use butter instead if you like) - put all these stuff into the bird cavity & rub the rest on the outer skin with another 1/4 tsp of salt. Marinate over night.


1 chicken stock cube and 250ml water.

When ready to cook - put the chick into the slow cooker pour the water & stock cube all over the chick & then tell the slow cooker - cook little pot cook!


When its ready, take out the whole chick, put into a deep plate. Next transfer the sauce into a small pot & thicken it with cornflour ( thickness depending on you) stir it then pour the sauce onto the chicken. Ready to serve.


Cook rice or boil spuds.
