yopmail is an anti-spam email account, you can receive emails on it but can't send them. I use it for all comps, freebies, coupons etc.
So when I used the contact form on the site to nudge them I used the yopmail address for them to reply to. Been checking it regularly, but nothing from them at all.
    Hope it's just a delay :(

Okay, if you cannot send email out using yopmail, why don't you log in your spud account & do it that way? Will it not send? I would have thought it will. Have you try it yet?

Ok, the only alternative way I can suggest is you call them :

If this matter is urgent please call our careline 0800 146573 to speak to one of our customer advisors (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm). Outside these hours please call 01723 584141 for urgent matters.

Yep, I logged into spud account (using the yopmail address I registered with) and used the contact form on the site to tell them the vouchers haven't arrived yet. Gave same yopmail account for them to reply, but nothing yet.

Fingers crossed it will come soon, might have more to harvest...;)

Just buy 1 as filler (we can afford to give them 44p can we not:p) or do separate transaction with WW & vegs etc my dear.

    Mr. President :

Give them a call on the above number. Before you do that, Make sure your address & phone number on that particular account is still there.

They might want to cross referrence your address & phone number with you. I never delete my info on each account(s) until I received all my vouchers.

I am having problem replying to any post, my router is playing up & its taking too long to load a reply. Therefore, I will use this post as my respond to you.
