  • Good afternoon everyone,

Just been trying to harvest my spuds but not getting a verification code back:(. Has anyone else tried today please? Just wondering if it's because I have been using the same mobile number and have exceeded the limit?

That could be the reason IMO...may be worth trying with free sims if you have any...;)

Thanks for the advice CW - appreciated

Sorry for sounding so grumpy in my post, only realised when I read it back, I know I was in a rush to get out glitching.

I just know that if you left a negative now, she would more than likely be able to get it removed as the transaction has not been completed yet.

Hope she sends it to you, its just her tough luck she didn;t get what she wanted for it. It happens to all of us unfortunately. I always put my start price at the lowest amount I will accept to make sure.

    take care hun

    No.
Don't leave negative feedback until either, she refunds you, or she sends you the item even though she is not happy.

Only leave negative at the conclusion of the sale, matters have not yet been concluded.

She just might send the item albeit grudgingly (sp) and then you might decide to neg or to neural or no feedback at all.

If she refunds you and then sends a cancellation request, refuse the request so she does not get her fees back. Don't just ignore the request as it will close in the sellers favour after 7 days.

I got one like that. I won Calvin Klein brand new bra for 99p:D (instead of paying my usual £12 to £15) excluding £3 postage:eek:. I won & paid. Then here comes the bad news -

Dear Dr.WW, I am sorry that I have to refund you the ££ as there is something wrong with my paypal account. If you wish you can bid for it again when I relisted out:eek::eek:

oh boy.... she does not know who she is dealing with:rotfl: got my money back but not happy so me left a neutral feedback : seller refused to sell & wish to relist the item again.

She was not happy sent me an email ask me to remove the feedback & will sell it to me instead. Me do not like dealing with this sort of seller.

Yesterday I got a message from ebay saying exactly what you mention on the last paragraph - me better not ignore it then will refused request.

btw CW, if I declined to cancel the transaction does it mean that she got to sell the item to me? . And I only declined cancelling the transaction because I want the neutra feedback on her account not because I want item, as I don't trust her and she might do something with the bra.

I didn't think you sounded grumpy at all - just helpful! :)

Still waiting for her to respond. I think what makes me so cross is that this wasn't an item that started at 99p and didn't get any bids, she had set the start bid at over £30 so must have given the price some thought when she listed it. Oh well, more important things to think about........now where did I put my shopping list??
