    IS, I think you will only get the statement when you have actually purchase something using the card;) So go shopping buy something maybe x'mas filler for £2 or £5 then charge it to the card & then wait for them to send you your 1st statement with the voucher attached at the bottom.:cool:

    Many have reported problem in printing these coupons on main thread. Hopefully the problem would be fixed soon...;)
