    Morning all

    My OH had bad ears earlier in the year doc gave him olive oil but didn't do anything (tried to get him to pay prescrip charge for it too daft s0d). In the end he was told to get syringed but he luck and has private health doodah thru work so went thru bupa and they did it with a tiny vacuum thing he said was much better and hear was sorted in abt 2 mins.

    Ping pings don't suppose you guys have the greens or washlets ones without the Carp do you?

    Was in sada earlier and they have the Quakers 10 pack boxes rolled to £1 so free with Quaker moc or poss good for pp or bm as £1.50 in sains and mr T also there in moc about for the dr O food gels 50p off and sains have these starting at 70p at no for national baking week
