Hi everyone hope you are all well...

I have been really bad the last while, I feel like I am in a big black hole sinking down further but I am clinging on with my fingertips. It was daddy's 1st anniversary the other day...I miss him so much, in more ways than one. I have never felt so alone

I am sorry for my hit & miss posting, I really am. One day I feel I can post happily away the next I don't want to, I worry what people will think of me, my erratic behaviour. Oh I am such a mess

I was also really worried & quite scared. I found a lump on the base of my skull last week. When I found it it was not sore, then day by day it got so painful at times I thought I was going to pass out. I have suffered from headaches since I was a teenager so nothing new for me, but I have been getting more frequent ones that are very intense. I got huge flash like pains on Tuesday last week then the lump appeared. I now have no feeling on the whole left hand side of my head (my face and ear is fine). It is completely numb

I went to my Dr today and he said that the nerves at the base of my skull are infected and are therefore sending off the wrong signals to my brain causing the numbness. He has prescribed me some anti-d's he assured me that they are only being used as a nerve relaxant not depression.

I am afraid to take them. I have only so far taken the pain relief he gave me......

Be assured that no-one will think bad of you. We all suffer low points so understand that you don't feel like posting now and again

This is true!!! Take your anti-d and you will feel the benefit. Nerve pain will not respond to pain killers...I know because I have to take them also for head nerve pain.

When I feel low I leave the house and go anywhere, even if just a walk window shopping ...it does help, and relaxes you.

cant sleep grrrr.
