Hi just a quick drop in as don't seem to have had a minute today:( thought I would have got chance to get on and catch up but maybe tomorrow now as too tired and bed beckons.
But just in case anyone interested email from Travelodge today says rooms from £15 on sale from tomorrow at 7am for stays between 1/4 & 30/6:j this covers Easter and Half term. Blue which is the Blackpool one you go to again might think about this for a change. DH wants us to book Newquay again but DS3 doesn't like going here have no idea why as it is fantastic and right central to everything only downer it takes 7 hours to get there by train. We got some days over half term next week booked from months back at Newquay should be going Sunday but the boys got tickets for NFL match at Wembley.
I am going to toddle off to bed and hope remember to get up early to book some rooms:D:D:D:rotfl:

Hi AH. I hope your feeling a bit better. The travelodge we go to in Blackpool is the one on the south promenade. It is next door to the pleasure beach, the beach is across the road and 10 mins from a good weatherspoons, but if you want more pubs and shops then the central one is better, but it does say it may be noisy. To walk to the shops/main bars it is a good half an hour, but there is tram and bus stops across the road from the above.
Thanks for the info on the travelodge sale, but it is too short notice for me to book anywhere and tbh I don't want money tied up for 6 months especially nr christmas. I know it costs a little bit if you pay by credit card, but if your booking quite a few rooms/trips then I would use that as your covered then if anything goes wrong with the travelodges (not that I think it will but it is so long away that it's better safe than sorry;)).Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
