Have you tried smelling salts to clear your sinuses. I used to suffer with headaches and blocked sinuses and found these really good. Just waft them under your nose though . Don't take a really big sniff like I did first time I took them. Hope you feel better soon.
Think I will need to google these and find out more as sound good or atleast worth a go. Thanks AC :A0 -

I still have 20 days annual leave excluding 2 extra weeks x'mas shut down. Luckily, any of my unused holiday can be carried forward to next year:cool:
Love to have you joining us BP.
Now I am speaking on behalf of AH - SHE IS GOING TOO! She has to, as I have given her the codes therefore, she has no excuses.
Yep me going esp now sis treating us again to lunch:j:rotfl:
Don't need to use your codes for that thou Doc can use my train pass:D;). Using the codes for DS3 getting back from school as he now more or less coming back every week:( and we have to pay for his train tickets. So me going to always be on the lookout for these RSH codes now atleast for next couple of years. Also get used to booking him tickets weeks in advance as so much cheaper. Pitty hadn't taken more notice before but we never had the need before as we had the travel passes but only get so many trips.0 -

Hi
When I go to Ts or As I have to pass a nice wee coffee shop and this is what they sell...just lovely with loads of squirty cream on top.
So, it costs me petrol and coffee every time I go glitching!!0
