Sorry that you got trouted CW:(:(:(
I wonder whether it was just a nasty trout or there has been a change of policy. I have used the beans coupons in T's and not had any trouble but it just depends.
It might be worth complaining to head office about the trout. I report all trouts now. One sada trout hated me using APGs so much that she made up some nonsense that customers are not allowed to scan coupons themselves on self scan even though the machine says please scan your coupons. Baloney:mad: Contacted head office and that trout stopped spouting utter nonsense:)You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you. ~John Wooden 154/06/2700 -

CM - I think this is what you were after couple of weeks/ days ago.
People across the land are now sipping, slurping and making all the Cravendale disappear with their green, red, and blue Epic Straws.
We don’t want you to miss out on any of the fun, so this weekend we’re giving you a free code to help take you closer to your next set. But hurry, it’s not going to be around forever - you've got until 10pm on Friday 19th October to enter it.Code: JUSTFORYOURIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

Customer are allowed to scan moc on self scan but before paying the machine needs the CA to authorise it. I have no problem using self scan and my favourite CA always authorised mine without any prob. Maybe because I bribe her with beans mocs:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: when she needed a few more. Me only give her & the other colleague 4 beans to use once a week.:p
At different sada - I had a minor trout that nothing can't be sorted out. It took a longer way mind you.
This is because my moc expires tomorrow the last of £20ish moc. CA scan me stuff , me pay - oh! thats big! It's supposed to be capped at £15 I'll have to check with supervisor. Supervisor came - oh, it has to be done at CS desk anything more than £15. Transaction on hold.
We went to CS desk - CS said why are you paying here? Me no, no me said they said me moc is too big. CS check with another real grumpy CS - she said I cannot use it - me said why? she said capped @ £15 - me said yes but this is old moc before the capping! The CS that serves me said I can use it but only at £15 me said no way, me said call your HQ or your Manager, so she called Grocery manager - CS said sorry for the wait - me said no prob.
Groceries Manager came - yes whats the problem? thats ok its the old moc before the capping - me said see I told you so but I know you are only doing your job so its alright.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

No, I was right. Heslan made a big announcement he was closing his account and never posting again, blah, blah,.
Then suddenly, was it yesterday now, he returned and said he has had lots of messages saying he is missed, or something like that, so is back.:rotfl:
Methinks he missed glitching really.:rotfl::rotfl:
