    MT thats terrible it left you with damage :( I've seen it can have lasting effects,I'm hoping to be lucky and avoid these.Love the new avatar BTW

    Will say its been weird not been reading back properly the last wee while as couldnt handle skim reading(just making me tired instantly) realise now its because anything moving fast is just making me feel downright queasy:(
    Anyway tonight I get to join the night shift as I went for a nap earlier and am now wide awake:mad:

    actually found time to bake yesterday too:D had some lemons/limes & apples to use up

    raspberry & apple muffins
    flapjacks
    and lemon & lime drizzle cakes ( muffin size off course:rotfl:)
