i was reading the 11+ thread and saw them mentioning a nutragrain coupon so i googled then realised that it was the cash point print out one that isn't everywhere atm anyway i clicked on the USA site for kellogs and they have a page full of coupons for their cereal same happens for some nestle products. i wrote to nestle a few months ago now and asked why coupons where available to USA but no UK to print, don't think they actually read my email properly as they said if they where sending coupons out to people they would have to increase the prices of products, i was thinking well i didn't ask you to send me any just why weren't they available to print, long story short i left it at that and didn't reply TBH but it seems the USA and yes i know its bigger, has a better customer value to many company's than the UK market which dissapoints me, like last years advent with the cheese competition if you didn't win you received a voucher for Orkney cheddar i think it was, well i actually won a bottle of whiskey on that but as i don't live in Scotland i didn't get it due the terms of the competition fair enough, but my argument is this if we are good enough to sell to outside of Scotland then why do we not qualify for the prizes in competitions, its early i know sorry for the rant but some things just niggle me.

Rant away it is unfair isnt it!
However as a Scottish resident I would like to point out that the experience you had with the cheese is rare. Its quite often the other way round!:cool:Cant count the number of times I get a coupon or otherwise and it says not to be used in scotland! We even got lesser coupons for burger king !!!!!!
But we are small enough as it is I dont get why they split the country up!

My family's originate in Scotland and Ireland and i don't get why they had to do it either tbh, made quite a big divide, now i may be wrong but i also believe if you live in the EU due to EU law you can go to uni in Scotland for free but not if you live in England so people are moving out of England to say Germany/France qualify as an EU citizen for for free uni :rotfl: also sods law I'd win the whiskey when i can't have it dad would of loved that :D

    Afternoon peeps,

Come back from holiday to find that APG is broken..well it was gonna end sometime.

Ventured into A's today to use my 'many' + £15 Apg's:eek:

Had a chat with CS before I started shopping cos I didn't want a load of aggro at till with the 'we only will accept £15'. CS confirmed that receipts were before the cut off so would be ok.

Used my £21 and £18 on one shop and SA never said a thing so panic over:D. Only got 2 x£19, £27 and £33 :eek:to use up in the coming weeks.

Then proceeded to get caught out at T's with my kleenex..Till the next glitch:)

    Afternoon all

Well I started my afternoon scrubbing clean the kitchen skirting boards (lovely and white again) then was going to paint test square of new colour for kitchen........well ended up painting 2 walls lol but will take me week or so to paint it all (room is abt 5m x 9m). Looking nice so far

I see the Kleenex moc glitch has been fixed by tesco you now need to buy right product and even then moc won't scan.

Right time to start prep for tea
