Didn't want to make a fuss and draw attention as using an apg. Got home checked the receipt also noticed charged £2 for tin opener sure it was on offer for £1 something

Trouted over the toothpaste:(
Take the tin opener back hun and then re buy for correct amount. Or go to customer services and tell them it should have been £1, you just might get a gift card if you were right.:)

Morning all. just a quicky one to reply to AH post.
AH, I too like J20 ( maybe next meeting, you can smuggle in when we are @ weatherspoon again:D)
Now re-toothpaste & tin opener.
You can either return them back & said you have been overcharged or you either claim the overcharged + £2 giftcard. As its their mistake & not yours therefore, you have the right to return the goods.
Me personally will return both & start again & should the tin opener SEL states £1 let it go thru' as £2 on the way out make a "U" turn to customer service & go collect your £1 + £2 giftcard.
If the customer service did not volunteer to give you £2 giftcard make sure you said - err where me £2 giftcard for the overcharged?

Big mistake adding the toothpaste to shop to compare to S's so not only trouted but messed up APG also think due to way SA entered didn't help shows N/A in all other stores except S's. The 4 he used the barcode these seem to have compared the others he entered as colgate and Qty
