Glad you are feeling better today AH. Hope MT soon feels better too.
Is there a specific trigger for your migraine? Just feel so sorry that you and MT seem to be getting them quite often lately and they are so debilitating for you.0 -
Hi SND chocolate doesn't help:(. I used to think they were hormonial related as I have suffered with them since about 13 years of age but they were manageable. I am going to ring GP on monday as they becoming more frequent since June and a lot more severe
:(:( If I want to see my own GP will probably have to wait some time she only does 2 half days now.
Did you manage to sort some time away with DH to celebrate his retirement.:)0 -

OH dear. I am fortunate in that I don't really like chocolate, that is not to say I don't like sweets, but I like fruity type sweets.
Hope you manage to sort an appointment with your GP.
Have booked a lovely hotel for a few days in North Devon but not going yet. Thought it might be better for hubby to be home for a couple of weeks first to try and adapt, otherwise I feel if we went away as soon as he finished work, it might be harder to adapt when we come back IYSWIM. Have told him now, so no longer a secret but he is really looking forward to it too. Have got a dual aspect room with sea views, just hope the weather is good enough to be able to see the sea :rotfl:0 -

feeling tickety boo this morning:j:j
thankfully mine are mostly managable and i catch them in time.
but deff worth a visit to GPs AH though if getting worse, hopefully they can help
i have food triggers ( not always one thing on its own , can be a mix of triggers if i have to many in one day),
lack of sleep doesn't help either so OH having sleep apneoa is a pain and so right on the hormones too AH:(
they can be hereditary as well, my mum gets them very bad and now has to carry one of those pain relief pen things
sounds like you had a nice time at DHs retirement do
where in north devon are you going?Glad you are feeling better today AH. Hope MT soon feels better too.

Morning all. Sorry wasn't about last night - was up in the big smoke seeing a fantastic circus show at South Bank. Really fab evening and made me realise we don't take advantage of what is only a 30 - 40 min train ride for us really. Off to crowbar myself out of my pjs shortly and hit Sada to actually get some food (and a few 'other' bits) Hope you're all managing to enjoy your sunday xxFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
