Internet connection is still not fixed...ours is postoffice broadband. And when we called CS they can't tell how long will it take to get it sorted....:mad::mad::mad:

Missing you as well IS. Can you not ditch them for someone else? Isn't having no internet and no idea when it will be fixed reason for cancelling without charges (if there is any).
