I used lollypops for me they worked the best i had no nicotine replacement or what not, i just stopped and used them, the cravings get less but they can hit out of no where, if you can distract yourself do, i also stopped doing things i associated with smoking like gaming on the computer or even being on it as i would just aimlessly smoke, i was up to 40 a day and at 30 and a smoker for 15 + years (yes i was a bad girl at school) that's not a good thing lol been smoke free for about 18 months now and my dad just quit too earlier this year so it possible just have to believe all cravings will pass i got pangs out of no where for up to a year, i could have nothing for a month then wham so it is all perfectly normal and nothing to worry about HTH

My dad always told me as well as putting in washing up liquid you add glycerin just the stuff you use in cooking helps with making the bubble stay intact and that can't remember exactly but i know you put that in HTH

Just had my apg in and confirm cleaning and cereal both compared nicely prob old news but got another cif so I will join the club too lol

I am a member of the cif club, I have over a dozen cans (not sure how many as they are in the garage and me not going out in the rain)
