Glad I was of "some help" ?

Hope this adds to the contentment

I'd say the most important thing is how DD feels.

Was SHE daunted about going back to school?
Does SHE have nightmares about it, think the scene of it will bring back terrible memories or fear of something similar happening again ?

What about her injuries? Is there anything still visible or are there any issues with talking or eating that SHE is worried about ?
Have her friends, especially those at school and in the same class, been supportive, come to see her in the holidays etc.
Is SHE concerned about her looks and what others may say or how they might react ?
OR has she got "bragging rights" and SHE's wearing her scar(s) with PRIDE

Basically did SHE want to go to school today ?

I'm guessing that because you haven't mentioned it she did :)

Hi Q, yes you did help so thank you. DD did want to go to school and she assured me that she would be okay :o

Great news about the school FV. I hope your mind is more at rest now that things have been done. The school sounds like a decent one despite them being a bit slow to take action. Hopefully they have learned a lesson which will benefit all future kids and no one will have to go through what your DD has. How has she been at school, has she been ok? When is the next appointment?

Yes Blue it is a good school, like I said before when my DD1 dies they were so supportive, the teachers became like another family (before the merge) they nurtured my other children while at school. She goes to the dentist on Monday, I will have everything crossed that it will not be too bad!

Hope this hasn't hit a raw nerve with you FV

Only a thought just crossed my mind .....

    .. a more important question .....

... does SHE want to go back TOMORROW ?
(well it's today now but you know what I mean)

And FV don't worry, she'll be fine

Well, today Q was a different story, a child was running and could not stop in time and basically hit DD full in the face  she went tumbling to the ground and has a cut chin but thankfully her upper maxillary (gum) is still being held with the bonding they used. She was very quiet when she got home and said "mummy i am okay but I am now scared when I see someone running because if they hit me they might break my mouth again" bless her, I held back my emotions in front of her and re-assured her that as long as she tries not to run then if she sees someone she has the chance to move out of their way or shield her face.

Then when leaving school today 2 children were on top of the bollards using them as stepping stones :eek::eek: my stomach flipped, I ran over and told them to come off you are not allowed on there and they looked at me like I had horns :o

Anyway, DD in bed all tucked up and tomorrow is another day....

I am still catching up but hope everyone is okay today :)

    Hiya everyone,

A quick hi from me as I am accessing the net from my starting airport. Will be there tonight.

Dad had to undergo bypass surgery so I was absolutely busy here.

Hope everyone is ok. Time to check in for me now. Will catch up and chat with you all Friday morning.

    Love to you all.........xxxx

Hi IS, I hope your Father is okay and recovers soon and safe journey home :A:A xx
So pleased FV that the school has addressed your concerns. Feel empowered that you have stuck up for what is right and they have listened. I truly hope your little girl picks up on your strength and holds her little head high and enjoys the beginning of term. Good for you FV! Im proud of you!

Oh no, not a nivea glitch...

Like everyone on here, I am enjoying a few freebies but please not at the cost of apg in the longterm.

I see Henlans is above the radar again. He must love living on the edge. Ive been printing my comparison out each time Ive used an apg just in case, no probs so far though.

I messed up on the cleaning one though, I think trying to do separate shampoo and separate cleaning clogged up my brain cells instore.

The skipping club is easier on the eye but there are some pics uploaded on there of people's daily haul. This is surely stupid to upload pics?

Does anyone feel like they are running on empty?

love and hugs to all who fancy one! xmagsx

Thank you MAGS, that means a lot xxxx

Hope all having a good morning

No kids freedom and quiet (except for bubsy )

    CM

On FB CM there is an MSE skipping club, basically it is instead of wading through all the post's to find a glitch though I think it may be where the "regulars" may be taking refuge for a while. Look on my profile or some of the other's and you will see it :)

Already given you the list :p:p my family love cheese. I did not bothered with shampoos as I have plenty from dtd & coupons from pantene times.

Look at BP post (few posts above on this page) click the link & Angle has make a list of stuff for everybody to have a look. Infact I better click on the link & thank him too.

FV - its has to be :-

3 lake district cheese mature cheddar 350g

    or

3 Pilgrims choice extra mature cheddard 350g ( EXTRA MATURE CHEDDAR ONLY)

    + 1 Dairylea triangles 16 per pack 280g.

    or 2 Lake D + 1 Pilgrim + 1 dairylea.

    or 2 Pilgrim + 1 Lake d + dairylea

Plus bake beans + 5 or 6 cheapo items so that it can come back & say your items are compared. Make sure the other 5 or 6 items are from S shop & not T or W or shop.
