Hi and welcome. We are calm on here, as far as I know we have never had any arguments on the drivel. It might have something to do with the fact there isn't that many of us though:cool: If the apg is only capped and the glitches continue then I think the elite is not gonna get any calmer for a while so your welcome to hide on here until it does.:beer:Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

i'm about all shopped out, can't believe i'm saying this as it's been like birthdays and christmas all rolled into one this last few weeks. theres only so much you can store though it's become like an obsession and i keep thinking one more coke shop or maybe should get more cat/dog food. it's been crazy.
like others have said as well, i hate it when the kids ask for some coke or crisps i feel compelled to go out and replace what they've took.:)mmm..... these strawberries make my breath happy mum ds
On a strand of pure silver, I'll welcome each day

I haven't done too many shops really cos a lot of the stuff that was on glitches was no good for me and I didn't want to buy just for the sake of it, but I've still done good. It seems a bit strange to me or planned that most of the glitching is on overpriced stuff like the sensodyne toothpaste and john freida or is that me just being suspicious and reading too much into stuff? If asda/mysuper were really that bothered about the glitching they could have put notices in the stores a week or so ago saying the site was going to be down for a while from this week or whatever but from what we have read they are letting it continue but hoping for a smaller quantity.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

blue, i agree that there's something not quite right with how the glitch has gone,
A's could have changed the time to 6am easily and that would surely have stopped an awful lot of people getting a lot of apg's, with only a 3 hour wait people could go in at least 3 times a day.
dh keeps saying that you get some stuff cheap because of the voucher but you do then need to spend it in A's so they are still getting the money back.
there's been lots of people mucking up their shops as well and paying full price for some really expensive products that they would never have bought in the first place.
also a lot of people saying they'll continue to shop there when the glitch is finished.
at the end of the day i think asda could do quite well out of all this, hate to think we've all been manipulated by some crazy marketing ploy, but i suppose stranger things have happened:)mmm..... these strawberries make my breath happy mum ds

I agree, as you say they could have calmed it a bit by putting it back to the next day to get your results. I think they will be getting compo from mysupermarket so will not loose out on anything and have lots of extra sales of expensive stuff they probably don't sell much of normally. I don't think in the beginning it was a marketing ploy, but they probably decided to continue it as a lot of new customers were going to their stores.
With Tesco and dtd it was their error and they looked a laughing stock to the industry and everyone, with this it is nothing to do with asda really, all down to mysupermarket so they don't come out of this looking too bad.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
