  • I am a bit  that I am in the caravan this weekend so not been shopping today. Cant believe the memo circulated included a copy of an APG for the value of 26.40 to use as an example. The majority of my vouchers left are under 10 so ok, I have two at 16.** and one at........ 26.40 . Why oh why not a few pence different. Wouldn't mind but I have been saving it as well :rotfl:. You can just see the SA now shouting all over the store that she has the same voucher as the one they have been shown, not even acknowledging that the details on it are different!

Wish me luck for tomorrow afternoon attempting to spend this one!

I think its due to asda staff not knowing what the heck there doing. They are panicking and getting totally the wrong end of the stick.

All vouchers from before the capping are valid, there is no way they can refuse them unless they have absolute proof each one of us has gone over the £100 a month. As we know thats impossible as we use different names and emails.

No one should allow asda to treat them like midwinter did, he should have grabbed his receipt and apg and walked out or alternatively phoned head office from the store. I just hope he phones them tomorrow and gets a full apology and his money back that they owe him.

Reading that it sounds like they are saying we will have to ring asda and I assume they will take details and send a gift card or something in exchange for the voucher. I think the first few people trying to use them tomorrow will have some diff stories to tell.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
