Tried to use my APGs at customer service desk yesterday buy SA was having none of it. Showed her T&Cs on my phone and she agreed to ring up HO but they were having none of it either. Has anybody else had any luck? Will try a different store if it can be confirmed.

Collecting the Sunday cinema codes if anybody has any that they won't be using. Can't believe OH and DD both threw away empty packets at the weekend despite being told not to. OH kept the tear off strip though, like that's any good for me!!!! TIA

I'm not sure if it is worth the hassle trying to get the apg onto a gift card at customer service desk tbh. Your putting yourself well above the radar doing that. I think it is so much easier just buying something expensive and taking it back the next day. Inks, small razors etc are nice and small/light and easy to take back.

Agreed, tried it in a store I don't visit often and glad now. Bought some shoes, boots and Xbox game that will be getting returned to various stores today!!! Nice idea about ink, will give that one a go today, thanks :T

Morning Blue:) I am focusing on cheese and cleaning as can't park in A's car park so will have to carry it to another car park so want lighter items :rotfl: that's why got the coke last night when DH was with me he getting really fed up with these shops at A's MEN!. :rotfl:.

Haven't used the drain stuff yet:( but doesn't sound good then.

Oh Blue got more of the whitening toothpaste last night done 4 whitening 1 of extra fresh if you want to do a swap when we meet up for ones you couldn't get.

You're right there Jeff. My SIL has had such difficulty with her FD. The mother had severe mental health problems but has been able to block so many things just because she was the parent. It is only now she has died that things are easier and moving forwards.

You could always buy some inks and then send to me with the receipts and I will send back a gift card;) Don't all get ideas cos I ain't gonna do it for all my "family", just my sis IS if she wants;)

Morning everyone,

Its a lovely day here. Am off out shortly for a routine hospital appointment, just wondering whether to chance my arm again with the shopping. Just a little unsure after yesterday's effort. I had planned to go today as it would mean using a different and much large shop that I would not normally go to. Will wait and see how I feel I think.

Morning AH. I got another lot of toothpaste which included one of the ones I wanna swap please. I tried calling you, but you ain't chatting this morning:(:( I'm going on a long trip this aft which will include a few asda's, so if you see that any of the stuff ain't working would be grateful if you could text me please.

IS if you got a list of your shop you intend to buy post here and will have a look at it and see if it seems ok. Hoping to get out earlier as have a meeting after 1pm today and not sure how long that will take, so need to shower and shop before but if you have a list before I go will try and help if not others will. Don't want to do an evening shop think they getting used to seeing us:eek: as only a small A's:rotfl:
