Harrods Xmas grotto 2012

Emails are out today and the next few days for the harrods 2012 Xmas grotto!
Bookings available online to harrods rewards card members.

Anyone struggling to book, we used the google chrome browser and that worked.

I went on the Harrods website & put Grotto in to the search bar , & went straight into the booking system & booked without my email arriving x hope this helps sorry a newbie so not allowed to post a link

That didn't work for me so I guess I will just have to wait for my email

ive just registered today, ive got a 5 yr old and 2 year old. can anyone give me some more info about the grotto and what its like? am i right in thinking i cant book untill 18th sept?

I've never been before, but as I understand it if you didn't register with Harrods before the end of August it's the 18th September when booking opens.

I emailed them asking why I'd not received my email and was given the link - hurrah for us we got exactly the date/time I wanted.

thanks, thats what i thought. would really love to know what its like as im thinking about booking tickets and staying in london for the night.
