Not sure this is the right place to put this, and apologies if not. I have recently signed up to the above company and have done about 6 surveys so far.. However they recently sent me a purchase one, and i could not tell how I was supposed to know how much to spend! I have emailed the company 5 times now and have had no response, I am now out of the last date for purchase.... I just can't find anywhere the rules for it!

It was for a grocery Shop.. I thought it may be the fee figure that is showing next to the purchase, but the delivery charge was £6.75 in itself so how do I justify, literally ordering a couple of bits for home delivery... Or am I being picky?

Thanks, and hope someone can help.. I am having lots of fun doing them, but could really do with the ones that make you more money, if I could understand them! LOL

Zoe :)

  • I'm sorry I can't be of any help, but your post has reminded me that I signed up with these a couple of months ago (must have forgotten to list it with the others) I look forward to reading any replies.:)

When you go to allocation info for the survey the fees that show there are what you get paid when you invoice.

Generally buy the cheapest thing possible you can.

You measure the service and comment on it. Less spend, less risk etc.
  • My experience with these has been they have paid in a reasonable time frame but the surveys are badly written and communication can be erratic. I have had surveys returned at various points throughout the night and conducted email exchanges at 3am. Insomniac workaholic??
For a company with a glossy front end website the back end is pretty basic, suggesting to me that whilst the company can get contracts, they don't have the resources or capability to produce well structured reporting mechanisms.
In my opinion nothing fundamentally wrong with them, other than trying to punch above their capability.

Very reliable . This is a good one, better than most of the others I'd say.

    Hi
I have been doing surveys for this company for approx 8mths and have earned £160 so far.
Initially I had surveys returned and communication was sporadic, but once I got used to it I no longer have them returned and can do them fairly quickly.
Although I do agree information can be a bit vague but I have found starting a new message and not replying to one gets quicker responses.
