  • Yep we managed to overpay around £3500 so they have dropped it, but that £8.00 gets overpaid every month now!
    With all the house mods were doing and overpayments were hoping to get a much better Ltv next time so reducing further depending on interest rates of course!

  • Well a lot of time has passed and 4 children, plus 1 extension later i am back with a vengeance!

  • No straight forward way to make an overpayment, we are with skipton, I used to take it into the branch but thought there would something online but seems not???

  • The wife's going to take a look today and call in at the branch. Had a deduction today as mo they payment gone out so something positive! 
    Also picked up 2 boxes of free books so going to try and sell s few and see how it goes.
