Yep we managed to overpay around £3500 so they have dropped it, but that £8.00 gets overpaid every month now!
With all the house mods were doing and overpayments were hoping to get a much better Ltv next time so reducing further depending on interest rates of course!Mortgage started as of 1st August 2012 £141,800
