What about looking into progression within royal mail? Is there training you can request? Management jobs avaliable. Generally it would these jobs are more likely to be offered to current employees. I know what you mean about getting bored without progression. I am 3 years into a job in the same place, expressed my concerns to my manager and now on 2 week training to gain more experience. Unless you hate post my advise would be move within the company. If your hardworking you may be perfect management material...even then if you do leave for another job it shows a future employer you've achieved in your current employment.0
