Does that remain the case if the searches have already been conducted ? Check this is the case, if not, as I say tell them to hold off until Mge offer recd.
Also, check out what the situ is if you elec not to pch at all ?

Not sure but I hasten to add that I have spoken to my mortgage broker/advisor tonight who tells me my mortgage application has been accepted/approved so I guess it's all going through. Right?0

An AIP is not the same as a formally offered case, which has undergone and completed the full underwriting process (inc satisfactory valuation).
