  • No, it has no CD/DVD drive. My daughter has one and loves it. She loads things like Office from a USB pen instead of a disc.

They are not bad my wife has had one for around 15 months now. Build quality isnt bad at all although they are heavy compared with a 10" tablet, she still uses it with windows7. Ideal for basic computing, surfing, writing and playing small games even angry birds (PC not app version) plays great

I have one and it's great for what our needs are. I decided to get it as opposed to a tablet as it has 250GB of storage and it is used to take movies and tv with me when I'm travelling which I mostly download from my tv recorder. It easily fits in my handbag. Hubby uses everyday to skype his family or watch you tube, Got it last year from Tescon for £198.

I have one of these as well, it's great for surfing the net and as a back-up to my laptop for storing photos and documents.

really? I'm sure when I ordered mine on Sunday the lower £149 price was advertised as running until the beginning of October.
  • I am sure that price was also advertised until Oct. Gutted they have gone back up as my son is saving for a netbook and this would have been perfect.
  • Yep it defo said till 3rd October!

Just want to thank jjlancs for posting this deal. I have an old fujitsu laptop, just about on its last legs and I saw this deal on Monday, ordered 1 and it arrived yesterday. The battery charge is good, its great for web browsing, keyboard is good. I'm very pleased with it, thanks again.
