Can I claim car servicing fees as well as 40p mileage?

    The key point from HS340 is that you must be entitled to claim capital allowances.

    Employees, including company directors, ceased to be entitled to claim capital allowances on cars in 2002 so at the same time they ceased to be entitled to claim loan interest on cars.
