Hi
My son has asked for an MGP scooter for Christmas. he currently has a Razor, but all his friends have MGPs. He will be 7 by then.
Problem is Ive heard a lot about the bars breaking and that everyone seems to replace the wheels to ones which dont go square. They also add clamps??
can anyone suggest a scooter which wont need the parts replacing in the first couple of months and wont need all these extra parts added? I need to know how much Im going to have to save
(I have a sinking feeling it wont be cheap....)
thanks

Hi we bought our son a MPG v2 pro for his birthday in July we have replaced the hand grips and the deck grip we have a shop in Lincoln and I know the owner he says if they are in continuous us 6 weeks is quite good. we got free pegs with ours that was the best deal i could get at the time. Grips were £10 and deck grit, or whatever its called was £2.50 to replace. I have just come to the conclusion that if we are replacing things we haven't wasted our money as it is being well used hope this helps If he wants a stunt scooter i think they are all about the same we paid £139 for the scooter and the pegs were free but they do do cheaper MPG's samx0
