Occasionally some of the competitions are duplicated in their other titles and I've had a PM from someone at the company who has confirmed it is fine to enter the competitions in each Issue and if they are duplicated, we will gain an extra entry into the prize draw and not disqualify ourselves.

Yes, your fine to enter them both, they said if the same comp appears in a different magazine you just get an extra entry into the prize draw.

I purchased and completed this magazine before finding this site. Just to let you know the Cash Prize Sudoku (Issue 7) should be 3185 not 3985 as you state. For checking sudokus in the future you could use sudokuwiki dot org slash sudoku dot htm - sorry but as a new user I can't post links but you get the picture!

Welcome to MSE. Thanks for spotting my mistake, Ive dug the issue out now and you are right, I copied it down onto the back page incorrectly. Big apologies to everyone else that has entered incorrectly.
