    Had the same problem Bar monkey, just took out the dot and worked fine.

    How strange! It wouldn't accept my email address with the .com

    It would only accept the com without the dot. What use is an email without a dot? Must be bad programing.

    If you look to the right of the form you're completing, there are a number of medical conditions listed ... I put arthritis.
