My sister is having money problems in Canada, what's the best way to transfer money to her so she can pay her rent? I think she needs it by tomorrow or asap.
She said bank transfers they charge and it takes a few days, and Western Union is a bit cheaper and is quicker? Is that correct?

bacs transfers take about 4 days to and from canada. I do it all the time with family.
bar that good old paypal is also worth a look!0 -
I once sent several hundred pounds to someone in the states as cash... via Fedex. It took 24 hours.
This was about 10 years back, so I don't know if one is still allowed to do this.0
