Disclosure of Incentives

Hello
Has anyone had any experience of getting their disclosure of incentives form approved by their lender? My solicitor is trying to get Nationwide to put in writing that they are happy with the disclosure form and the first request was made on the 3rd August. Is there anything I can do or does anyone know how long this will take?

Thanks

  • I'm buying a new build and have a range of incentives. I told Nationwide about these when applying for the mortgage. My solicitor also knows about them. I had been told by the sales rep about an incentives form. BUT I didn't know this had to be signed off by the lender. When does this happen? The mortgage offer has been approved for over 3 weeks now but completion is a couple of months away.
