Job Application Feedback

  • This is excellent feedback and you were right to thank them.
    Two things.
You don't need to convert this to a CV as some posters have suggested. The job required you to complete an application form so that's why they wanted the details.
Also, you do need to answer the questions at the application stage in order to get through to the interview. It is often the case that you can repeat the answers given on your application form at interview, just expand on them further.
If you are completing a competency based application form you need to use the STAR technique. Situation, task, action and result.
Your feedback has provided some good examples. You can work on these and develop some ideas for future applications.
If it is not long since you left university you should contact your Careers Service and they should be able to help you with future applications.
There are three types of people in this world. Those who can count and those who can't.
