Mortgage application turn around times

Hello

Is there anyway to compare all the leading lenders and their turnaround times when applying for a mortgage? Thanks

    Not without ringing them. They will fluctuate depending on how busy they are.

    Generally speaking it seems to be between 1 and 3 weeks from application to offer - presuming they have everything they need. It can be much quicker if the LTV, credit score and affordability all easily fit... likewise it could be a lot longer if they want further evidence of things.

    at the moment Nationwide are upto 21 days behind and thier sister company (The mortgage works) a number of the others are approx 3 to 5 working days behind and some are right up to date. Do you need something quickly then ?
