Biggest lottery win - 4 numbers and it was about £30!
Incidentally, for about a year I used to play lucky dip on the lottery and won absolutely nothing. I then moved to playing set numbers and have won much more often since then - but only very minor amounts.
4 numbers - £30?
Daylight robbery! :shocked:0 -
As an 11 year old my dad bought a lottery ticket for us and whatever we won if we won would be split between myself and my three siblings. We won £96 and my mum took us on holiday with the money, funny enough my dad never bought us a lottery ticket again haha.
Cant recall any other wins apart from the odd £10, except my husbands work syndicate came up 4 years ago they had 5 numbers and the bonus ball and won in excess of £120,000, spread with all the members of the syndicate each member ended up with £6,500 which couldn't have came at a better time as we had just moved in to a new home which needed complete renovation.Competition wins - 09/03 - £500 ELC Vouchers 11/04 - Lush Goodies 21/04 - Gillette Fusion Gift Pack 22/05 - Mirrors DVD 29/05 - Return Flights to London & £500 29/05 - £50 Homebase Gift Vouchers 20/09 - Remote Control Helicopter 28/09 - £225 Bingo Win 05/10 £25 Photobox Vouchers 16/09 £90 Cash 30/11 £29 Cash 03/01 £20 03/04 Fifa Football :T0 -

Don't do either very often. Don't remember winning anything on a scratch card, but I think I won £10 once, maybe twice on lotto.
However, I got back in touch with an old friend a few years ago and found that one of 'our gang' had won something like 1.2 million on the lottery
I had once snogged him at a party many years before too. So near and yet sofa
I am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!

2013: £134.960 -

Biggest win was probably about £85 on four numbers when the lottery first started. I've had few £20 on scratch cards.
Last year we had four of our numbers come out on the lottery and thought woo wonder how much we'd won. Would you believe it was £12. :rotfl:£2 more than three numbers. Wouldn't of minded but the next draw four numbers earned over £100.
I've always said if I was born a day earlier, my wife had lived two door up and our daughter had been born a month later we'd be millionaires by now

Since the lottery started and for years I did it each week, I seldom do it now, only on big draws, is 2 x £10 wins.
When the scratchcards first came out it seemed that every one that I bought won a £1 i.e. my money back, but most probably it was one in every three although one did actually win £20. Then my wins dried up so I stopped buying them. I've not bought one this century!
Last year or the year before, when the Euromillions was something like £160 million that kept rolling over (June time I think) I did four draws of one ticket per draw and ended up with £8 ish profit via a couple of 1+2 star type wins.
I've also just realised how old this thread is. I knew I had a board backlog but....I wish I had thought of a better user name as this makes me sounds greedy
It was meant more tongue-in-cheek.0 -
I don't play Lotto, I play Thunderball and end of last year I won £103 - I bought 2 rows and got 4 numbers on one row and the Thunderball on the other."The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands,
To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming"0 -
